We’re excited to launch Local Meets Global, a station takeover series featuring seven local BIPOC chefs and restaurateurs. Kicking off at 3:30 PM at Harris Millis Dining, the first event highlights Carey Kolomaznik’s Green Mountain Potstickers—a Vermont favorite inspired by her family’s Taiwanese recipes, including savory potstickers and crispy scallion pancakes.

January Harvest of the Month: Pork

This month, we’re celebrating three incredible local producers bringing fresh, delicious pork products to campus:
Vermont Salumi (Barre, VT) 🌭: Authentic, Italian-inspired cured meats and sausages crafted with care by Peter Roscini Colman.
Green Mountain Smokehouse (Windsor, VT) 🥓: Family-owned for 20+ years, delivering smoky, flavorful bacon—perfect for sandwiches, salads, or breakfast.
Farmers and Cooks 🌾❤️: Vermont Grown Ham featured daily at our delis. Humanely raised, slow-cooked, and packed with flavor.
