The Cunniff Lab investigates features of malignant tumor cells that provide a vulnerability that can be exploited through development and use of redox active anti-cancer compounds. We conduct basic science research, compound screening and translational research to support clinical development of new therapies. Dr. Cunniff's research is supported by the NIH, philanthropic donations, and industry sponsorship.
