Academic Interests
I am engaged in clinical research, with particular interest in outcomes for patients with tumors of the stomach, esophagus, pancreas and liver/bile duct. We are investigating ways to optimize patient nutrition and physical fitness at the time of surgery. I also am engaged in national trial outcomes research and investigating new therapeutics for advanced cancers.
